The Terindi Ntambwe Project by Ndineza Organization is a transformative initiative aimed at empowering women across Rwanda by addressing gender and economic inequalities. With the generous support of Bank of Kigali, this project provides rural women with financial literacy, leadership skills, and access to resources, enabling them to achieve economic independence and drive sustainable development in their communities.

Our Vision

Our ambitious goal is to empower 100 women in each of Rwanda’s districts through financial inclusion training, fostering a network of economically independent women who uplift their families and communities. By 2026, we aim to reach all 30 districts, impacting the lives of 3,000 women and creating a nationwide ripple effect of transformation.

Why Terindi Ntambwe Matters

Rural women often face challenges such as limited education, lack of financial resources, and socio-cultural barriers. These challenges, intensified by the COVID-19 pandemic, have widened the gender gap in financial inclusion. Terindi Ntambwe seeks to bridge this gap, equipping women with the skills, confidence, and resources they need to thrive.
