Aline's journey in social work began in her early twenties when she volunteered at a local orphanage. This experience opened her eyes to the pressing needs in her community and ignited a passion for social justice that has driven her ever since. She went on to earn a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Rwanda and has since worked tirelessly to address issues such as poverty, education inequality, and women's empowerment.
In 2015, Aline founded Ndineza Organization with the goal of creating a more holistic approach to community development. Under her leadership, Ndineza has grown from a small local initiative to a respected NGO that has positively impacted thousands of lives across Rwanda.
Aline's innovative approaches to sustainable development and her unwavering commitment to social justice have earned her numerous accolades, including the Rwanda Women of Courage Award in 2019 and the African Social Entrepreneur of the Year in 2021.
